Hoose Measure is made with Clyde Valley apples (and other country garden botanicals) using a unique combination of infusion and distilling to create a smooth and fresh Spirit best served over ice with a double garnish of a slice of apple and a slice of cucumber with only as much Mediterranean tonic as spirit.
